This comprehensive course is designed for WC, MSAT and Special Needs Attorneys, Life Care Planners, Structured Settlement Professionals and other MSAT Professionals wishing to gain a thorough working knowledge of Medicare Set Aside practice. The course covers the Basics of Medicare; Medicare Secondary Payer Laws and Requirements; Medicare Set Aside Arrangements; Special Multiple-Benefit and Tax Issues in WC and TPL Settlements; Preparation of Effective MSAT Allocations; and Administration of Medicare Set Asides. This course and the accompanying materials were created by Mr. Campbell, who is certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation;* and is a Medicare Set-Aside Consultant Certified (national certification through the Commission on Health Care Certification.)*
